Why Protect-All

Tough enough for iron, clean enough for members

Members judge a gym by how it looks and smells. Rubber floors hold sweat and odor, and loose tiles curl and shift. Protect-All is non-porous, handles extreme loads and comes in colors that fit your brand.

  • Withstands extreme dead-weight loads and repeated impact
  • Non-absorbent surface does not hold sweat or odor
  • Resists disinfectants used between members
  • Continuous floor into locker rooms and restrooms
  • 13 colors in matte or gloss
  • Adhered permanently or, in some uses, loose laid
Process

How a project runs

Site assessment

We walk the space, measure, check the slab or subfloor and note drains, thresholds and equipment that has to move.

Clear scope

You get a written scope: install system, color, cove base, drain rings, schedule and price. No guesswork on install night.

Install

Our factory-trained crew preps the substrate, sets Protect-All in urethane adhesive and welds the seams. Most kitchens are scheduled around closed hours.

Back to work

Rapid Weld seams take foot traffic in about 20 to 30 minutes; the adhesive reaches normal traffic in roughly 12 hours.

FAQ

Fitness Centers & Gyms flooring questions

Is Protect-All better than rubber for a gym?
For many areas, yes: no odor, non-absorbent and easier to clean. Rubber still has a place under Olympic lifting platforms. See the comparison.
Can you install over my existing floor?
Often, if the existing floor is sound, flat and well bonded. We check during the site assessment.
How long will the gym be closed?
Most gyms are installed in phases or overnight, depending on size.
Can we add lines or zones?
Yes. Lines and color zones can be designed in.
