A commercial floor is only as good as its installation. Our crews are trained on Protect-All systems, adhesives and welding, and we handle everything from substrate prep to the last drain ring.
Protect-All carries a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, but that warranty can be voided by non-approved adhesives or an installation that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The Heavy-Duty Commercial and Commercial installation systems require a factory-trained installer.
That is the difference between a floor that lasts and one that lifts at the seams in a year. We test the substrate, prepare it properly, use the approved adhesives and weld every seam to specification.
| System | How it is installed | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Heavy-Duty Commercial | Full adhesive, welded seams, cove base and drain rings | Commercial kitchens, walk-ins, wash-down areas |
| Commercial | Full adhesive with welded seams | High-traffic commercial and institutional floors |
| Non-Welded | Adhered sheets without welded seams | Lighter-duty areas without wash-down |
| Loose Lay | No adhesive; sheets or interlocking tiles | Gym floor covers, temporary and removable floors |
Systems per Protect-All installation guidance. We recommend the right one after seeing your space.
We walk the space, measure, check the slab or subfloor and note drains, thresholds and equipment that has to move.
You get a written scope: install system, color, cove base, drain rings, schedule and price. No guesswork on install night.
Our factory-trained crew preps the substrate, sets Protect-All in urethane adhesive and welds the seams. Most kitchens are scheduled around closed hours.
Rapid Weld seams take foot traffic in about 20 to 30 minutes; the adhesive reaches normal traffic in roughly 12 hours.
Good installs start with good conditions. The manufacturer calls for the HVAC to run at 68 to 80°F for seven days before installation, and for concrete to meet specific strength, moisture and pH limits. We check all of this during the site assessment, so there are no surprises on install night.
If equipment has to move, we plan it with you. If product has to come out of a walk-in, we schedule around your deliveries. And if your space can only close for a night or two, we phase the work.
Tell us about your space. We will walk the site, check the substrate and give you a clear scope, schedule and price.
